# Greene Comply > Greene Comply is the authorization, trust, and audit control plane for the > agentic economy. Circle ships the payment rails; Greene Comply decides what > agents are allowed to spend, holds risky spends for human review, and proves > every decision in an append-only audit log. Non-custodial — we never hold your > funds. USDC settlement runs over Circle (testnet today). ## What it is Greene Comply sits on top of payment rails (Circle / USDC) and governs autonomous agent spend. Every spend request is evaluated against agent identity, vault budget, and guard rails, then returns approve / deny / pending — and, on approval, can settle in USDC over Circle. It is accessible by REST API or Model Context Protocol (MCP). Key properties: - Non-custodial: Circle is the regulated custodian; Greene Comply is a non-discretionary policy gate. We never take title to funds. - Testnet first: USDC settlement is currently Base Sepolia testnet only. Mainnet is gated on counsel review and an explicit go. - Vision-forward, clearly labeled: features not yet live are tagged Beta / Coming soon / Testnet. ## Core capabilities - Guard rails & policy engine — per-agent and per-vault limits, merchant/category rules, velocity controls. - Human approval queue — risky spends are held for a human decision before settlement. - Append-only audit log — every authorize decision is signed and immutable, suitable for compliance evidence. - Unified cost ledger — one record of agent spend across rails. - Authorize API — a single REST endpoint that returns approve / deny / pending. - MCP server — the same authorization engine exposed over Model Context Protocol with OAuth. - USDC settlement over Circle (testnet) — on approval, Greene Comply can execute a USDC transfer via Circle Developer-Controlled Wallets. ## Vesper Vesper is Greene Comply's first-party agent: a governed agent you can chat with that proposes spends, runs them through the same authorize engine every customer uses, and settles approved spends in USDC over Circle on testnet. It is the flagship proof that governed agent spend works end to end. When Vesper tries to exceed a guard rail, it is denied or held for approval — and no funds move. ## Pricing - Free, no card required: guard rails, authorize API, MCP server, audit log, ledger, and Vesper on testnet. - Usage (Beta): a small take-rate on settled volume once agents transact at scale. - Governance (Coming soon): RBAC/SSO, compliance exports, custom approval workflows. ## How it compares Competitors sell agent identity, spend SDKs, or raw payment protocols. Greene Comply ships the governance layer the agentic economy is operationally and legally missing — identity plus a full policy + audit + human-approval control plane — and pairs it with Vesper, an agent you can actually use. ## Key pages - Home: https://www.greenecomply.com/ - Vesper (flagship): https://www.greenecomply.com/vesper - How it works: https://www.greenecomply.com/how-it-works - Pricing: https://www.greenecomply.com/pricing - x402 toll-booth SDK: https://www.greenecomply.com/sdk - Docs & API: https://www.greenecomply.com/docs - Security: https://www.greenecomply.com/security - Manifesto / vision: https://www.greenecomply.com/manifesto - About: https://www.greenecomply.com/about - Changelog: https://www.greenecomply.com/changelog ## Legal - Terms: https://www.greenecomply.com/terms - Privacy: https://www.greenecomply.com/privacy - Acceptable use: https://www.greenecomply.com/acceptable-use Disclaimer: Not financial or legal advice.
